Accomplished Energy Leader to Drive Marketing Initiatives and Mentor Professionals, Building on Prior Recognition Award of 2024
Allstream Energy Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Efrain Garcia, CEO of Allstream Energy Partners, to the ISM Houston Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 program year.
Garcia, who was honored with a Special Recognition Award during the 2024-2025 program year, will Chair the Marketing Committee for the 2025 – 2026 program year.
Garcia previously served on the ISM Houston Board from 2021 – 2024, but took a break to launch Allstream Insiders, an industry magazine for Oil and Gas and to launch Allstream Energy Partners new AI Digital Marketing division that specializes in Generative Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization for Oil and Gas Marketing. Both are leveraging the rise of AI as New Search Engines and currently is leading the AI LLM Search market for Oil and Gas.
Returning to ISM Houston, Garcia plans to leverage his 26 years of Oil and Gas experience paired with leading marketing trends and social media experience to help the non-profit excel.
In his role as Marketing Chair, Garcia will oversee the chapter’s strategic initiatives, digital presence, and outreach initiatives designed to grow membership and enhance program participation.
