HOUSTON, TX – September 2, 2025–Allstream Energy Partners announces the signing of a significant contract with a leading Energy Civil Construction Company to provide comprehensive project development services through its newly established Consulting and Advisory division.
The division, led by industry veterans Jordan Lloyd and Efrain Garcia.
The agreement encompasses project tracking for major industrial developments in Midstream and Downstream sectors, including Methanol Projects, LNG Facilities, Carbon Capture installations, Energy Terminals, Power Generation plants, and other heavy industries requiring specialized deep foundation engineering and construction.
