HOUSTON, Texas — May 16, 2026 — Allstream Energy Partners proudly supported the 2026 Institute for Supply Management Houston (ISM Houston) Charity Golf Tournament held on May 14, 2026, at BlackHorse Golf Club. The annual event brought together energy, procurement, and business professionals to raise funds benefiting community programs, scholarships, and educational initiatives throughout the Houston area.
Efrain Garcia, CEO of Allstream Energy Partners, participated both as a volunteer and as a member of a tournament golf team, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and charitable support.
Garcia has served on the Board of Directors for ISM Houston since 2021 and has been actively involved in initiatives that promote professional development, education, and scholarship opportunities for students and future industry leaders.
